Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and personal support to the executive, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with event planning, project management, and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintain an organized filing and documentation system

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
