- Analyze player data and client feedback to improve engagement and retention strategies
- Stay updated on gaming trends, player behaviors, and industry innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the gaming industry
- Strong passion for gaming, with knowledge of game development, live ops, and player communities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with gaming clients and stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize client performance
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
